Location: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Candidates in Manitoba or Saskatchewan work primarily remotely for internal activities, engage customers in person and virtually, and travel to the Mississauga head office typically quarterly. GTA-based candidates combine remote work with in-office collaboration in Mississauga and travel to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario at least quarterly. Travel may reach 50% domestically and internationally.
Salary: CAD 129,000–150,000 annually, including base salary and estimated commissions.

What you will do
- Drive clinical nutrition sales growth through territory planning, opportunity management, and consultative selling.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, clinicians, committees, and other healthcare stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
- Develop account and territory plans, identify growth opportunities, support RFP responses, and contribute to contract negotiations.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, product implementation, workflow integration, training, launches, demos, samples, and order support.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, forecasts, and territory performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, supply chain, and sales leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of field sales or sales enablement experience in medical devices, infusion therapy, pharmaceuticals, or clinical nutrition, including experience with the Canadian healthcare landscape.
- Experience growing business within a defined territory, managing complex procurement processes, and navigating hospital buying channels and GPO structures.
- Strong customer management, communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and business reporting and analytics tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

- Postgraduate qualifications in healthcare, pharmacy, business administration, or sales.
