Salary: $84,160–$112,210 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4–6 sales representatives to achieve total sales, gross profit, and technical/equipment/service program targets.
  • Partner with the team to deliver district sales goals and budget commitments.
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements while improving efficiency and managing costs.
  • Implement performance planning and development conversations.
  • Collaborate with key customers and Key Account Managers; act as a technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
  • Hands-on, practical experience across F&B market segments (including dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, and pharma) and intervention applications in beef, pork and/or poultry processing.
  • Experience with Cleaning & Sanitizing (C&S), water treatment, food safety, and chemistry applications including food safety & microbiology and equipment dosing applications/installations.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team and B2B selling experience (specialty chemical sales preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365, and AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, achievable actions and responsibilities.
