Field Service Representative (HVAC)

Location: Trezzano Sul Naviglio, Milano, Italy. The role involves onsite customer assistance, collaboration with colleagues in the office, rotating on-call shifts, emergency service calls, and occasional travel.

Annual base salary: €41,451.66–€66,300.00, with incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal and external teams by phone and onsite.
• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend improvements to system performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Conduct product performance investigations and document quality issues, service records, technical updates, and reports.
• Deliver and continuously improve technical training for service and installation technicians.
• Support sales, engineering, and service teams through customer relationship management and technical expertise.
• Administer corrective actions, concessions, warranty claims, customer complaints, and emergency service requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a technical degree or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of field service experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with proficiency in mobile devices and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts, emergency calls, and occasional travel.
