What you will do

• Design and develop components and assemblies for dry scroll and rotary vane vacuum pumps.
• Perform structural analyses covering strength, stiffness, fatigue life, reliability, and mechanical integrity.
• Support fluid dynamic and thermal analyses of flow behavior, heat transfer, and product performance.
• Plan, execute, and analyze experimental validation and verification tests.
• Investigate noise and vibration using data acquisition and analysis methods.
• Prepare test plans, technical reports, recommendations, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Typically 4+ years of experience in mechanical product development, analysis, or validation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, structural analysis, and Finite Element Analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering simulation tools; ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent, and ANSYS CFX are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer, plus experience with mechanical-system testing, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to interpret test data, correlate experiments with simulation models, solve technical problems, and collaborate in an international multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with vacuum technology, scroll pumps, rotary vane pumps, compressors, or similar rotating equipment.
