Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual

What you will do

• Support RFP, procurement, and market-check projects by creating timelines, project plans, data requests, templates, and presentations.
• Coordinate audit activities, including statements of work, Asana tickets, data requests, and audit findings presentations.
• Support Pharmalogic reporting through setup, Wrike ticket submission, report coordination, report creation, and peer review.
• Coordinate and track client transitions to new pharmacy benefit managers.
• Document and retain agreements, deliverables, and client correspondence.
• Coordinate new teammate onboarding and work with IT and Clinical teams on project coordination and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in pharmacy benefit consulting and strong pharmacy benefit industry knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, proactive, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit managers and/or pharmacy benefit consulting.
• Experience with Tableau.
