Maintenance Supervisor-2nd shift

Location: On-site in Trenton, New Jersey, 5 days per week

Annual base salary: $75,600–$108,639.99

What you will do

• Execute daily production schedules using people, materials, machines, and processes to meet customer, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with team leaders and employees to ensure maintenance and production processes support operational plans.
• Ensure operators complete quality checks, preventive maintenance activities, and audits.
• Train employees and manage performance, attendance, vacation schedules, labor reporting, and related workforce administration.
• Improve throughput, cycle time, and inventory levels while coordinating responses to process deviations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Previous team leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Understanding and application of Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma.
