What you will do

• Prospect for new clients through networking, lead generation, and account development.
• Service existing accounts and help clients select vehicle service plans suited to their needs.
• Explain product features, advantages, and disadvantages to support sales.
• Work with automotive dealership F&I managers on service plans, selling techniques, and bookkeeping requirements.
• Coordinate claim-related information and monitor settlements for clients and insurers.
• Train dealers on sales and F&I processes and represent company offerings at trade shows, meetings, and seminars.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
• Required license or designation.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business- or finance-related discipline.
