Enterprise Implementation Consultant (Insurance)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Salary: $150k–$180k base, depending on experience and skills; higher compensation may be available for exceptional experience.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation, including setup, testing, and go-live.
• Build a deep understanding of insurance verification across key industry verticals.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, executive, and sales stakeholders to deliver customer-driven solutions.
• Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and measurable customer value.
• Support contract renewals and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Management consulting experience in insurance, automotive, or real estate.
• Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs.
• Ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, data integrations, authentication workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams; understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols.
