Manager-Material Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays.

Annual base salary: $90,900.00–$130,059.99.

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for sourcing and purchasing locally purchased service parts.
• Oversee purchase order, receipt, and invoice reconciliation, including GRNI-related activities and accounts payable support.
• Monitor service parts availability, quote turnaround time, reconciliation cycle time, aging GRNI, process compliance, and team productivity.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Retail Planning, and field operations to resolve issues and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Coach, develop, onboard, and manage the performance of team members while balancing priorities and workloads.
• Act as a Lean Champion by driving waste reduction, root-cause problem solving, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, materials planning, retail operations, or a related function.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with systems and tools used for purchasing, planning, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of inventory management, MRP/ERP systems, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and financial processes is preferred.
