Telehealth Nurse (Registered Nurse)

Location: Manila, with reporting to the Makati office

What you will do

• Provide medical support to patients primarily through email, including triage, assessment, and escalation of medical side effects and enquiries.
• Respond promptly with accurate, patient-friendly medical information while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient tracking data and proactively contact patients to support treatment adherence.
• Prepare GP letters and coordinate with pharmacies regarding medication delivery and information exchange.
• Conduct four-month and eight-month patient progress and treatment-plan reviews under guidance from the Sydney medical team.
• Share patient feedback and clinical insights with the clinical services team and wider business.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with at least two years of post-registration healthcare experience.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain medical information clearly and concisely by email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage interruptions, and adapt to changing workloads and schedules.
• Task-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and precise adherence to processes.
• Availability to work from Manila and report to the Makati office.

Nice to have

• Experience with triage in a clinic or emergency setting.
• Previous telehealth experience.
• Interest or experience in weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
