Clinical Application Specialist (TrakCare)

Location: Windsor, UK; regular travel to customer sites may be required, including assignments involving up to five days away from home each week.

What you will do

• Analyze customer clinical processes, identify functionality gaps, and recommend solutions using standard hirify.global products.
• Lead customer solution presentations, induction workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, solution designs, validation scripts, and handover documentation.
• Configure customer sites, validate configured systems and migrated data, and support customer testing.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues, distinguish defects from change requests, and coordinate fixes with project and product teams.
• Support dry runs, customer go-live, adoption, and the final handover to support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience with a strong understanding of clinical processes.
• Experience working in a nursing role within a hospital environment and experience with EMR systems.
• Understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems, and Clinical Information Systems.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, including direct interaction with clinicians and delivery of customer training, workshops, or presentations.
• Experience with functional documentation, business process mapping, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Availability to visit customer sites and undertake regular travel when assigned to implementation projects.

Nice to have

• Degree in nursing or medicine, or a clinical specialty.
• Experience implementing software solutions or working as an application or configuration specialist.
• Experience with change management, software testing, IT services, and communication with healthcare stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
