Commercial Deposit Support Specialist (Banking)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial deposit servicing and support client and internal partner relationships.
• Open and maintain accounts, process service requests, handle wires and transfers, and manage restricted accounts.
• Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, support fraud recovery, and escalate risk-related issues.
• Lead BSA, AML, and KYC processes, validate entity documentation, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, support system outages, and process transactions in source systems when needed.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers to support onboarding and product adoption.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, including financial services, banking, or customer service; alternatively, 5 years of combined higher education and/or work experience with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately and on time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationships with clients, management, peers, and business partners.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with commercial deposit products and Treasury Management products.
