Treasury Management Service Specialist I (Banking)

Location: Easton Ops, Columbus, Ohio; office workplace type. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

hirify.global is a banking organization providing treasury management and financial services to Business Banking and Commercial clients.

What you will do

• Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, product maintenance, testing, quality reviews, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate ACH files in CSV and NACHA formats, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms, payment workflows, and fraud-prevention tools.
• Provide first-level support and resolve routine onboarding, maintenance, payment, file, entitlement, and Positive Pay issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product teams.
• Identify and escalate non-standard requests, complex issues, and higher-risk items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.
• Ability to follow banking policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and audit-ready documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, confidentiality, and customer-focused communication.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients.
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and fraud-prevention tools.
• Experience with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking platforms.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
