Treasury Management Service Specialist II - Specialized Mortgage Solutions

Location: Denver Tech Center, Denver, Colorado, United States; remote availability is listed. Working hours: West Coast/PST, 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM PST. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Compensation: $30.29–$59.62 hourly, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, implementation, maintenance, activation, stabilization, and transition of treasury management products for specialized mortgage clients.
• Coordinate complex custodial, operating, escrow, and control account implementations, including P&I, T&I, DACA, and CMA structures.
• Coordinate client testing for ACH files, automated and bulk wires, Check Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, SWIFT, and sub-accounting.
• Provide advanced product and service support, investigate complex issues, and resolve escalated client and operational matters.
• Collaborate with relationship management, sales, operations, technology, risk, legal, product, and other internal teams.
• Identify workflow improvements, prepare onboarding and risk reports, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or related support for complex commercial, mortgage, or specialty banking clients.
• 3+ years of experience with treasury management products, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
• 3+ years of analytical, problem-solving, and organizational experience managing multiple complex onboarding projects and extended timelines.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting mortgage servicers, mortgage originators, or real estate-focused clients.
• Experience with custodial and escrow accounts, fiduciary or regulatory requirements, DACA, CMA, payment waterfalls, and sub-accounting.
• Experience with account analysis and treasury platforms supporting ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking.
