Field Service Technician (Gaming)

Location: Remote, based in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, New Zealand

What you will do

• Service, repair, install, and perform routine maintenance on gaming equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with the technical team.
• Manage service inventory and maintain accurate repair and installation records.
• Provide responsive customer service, equipment guidance, and maintenance support to clients.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent service requests.
• Follow safety standards and company policies while improving service delivery.

Requirements

• Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required.
• Experience or a technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for weekend on-call rotations.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in New Zealand without current or future visa sponsorship.
