Service Technician - New Brunswick (Dental Equipment): Troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and installing dental equipment at customer sites with an accent on mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems. Focus on diagnosing equipment issues, supporting dentists’ offices across the territory, completing emergency callouts, and maintaining customer service and maintenance contracts.
Location: Remote in New Brunswick, Canada, with daily travel between dentists’ offices throughout the territory and periodic overnight travel
Salary: $50,600–$76,000 annual

What you will do
- Respond to customer service requests, communicate with customers and internal teams, and complete work orders.
- Diagnose, adjust, repair, and calibrate dental equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Document equipment issues, repairs, parts, tools, and recommended maintenance.
- Support new equipment installations and verify that equipment meets manufacturer specifications.
- Follow maintenance contracts and sell maintenance agreements.
- Report incidents and participate in ongoing safety and educational programs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience repairing equipment.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or plumbing systems.
- Valid Canadian or equivalent driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for emergency callouts.
- Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and operate hand and small power tools.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Dental equipment manufacturer certification training.
- Certification, diploma, or degree in mechanical, electrical, or small machine repair.
