Loan Management Associate (Letters of Credit)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Dallas, TX, United States

Salary: $80,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Manage all stages of standby letter of credit transactions and mitigate associated product risks.
• Review Credit Agreements, LC drafts, and communications with Correspondent Banks.
• Perform Reg W, Reg O, and OFAC checks prior to LC issuance.
• Collaborate with business desks, internal and external legal counsels, applicants, and beneficiaries.
• Analyze daily reports and suggest process improvements to enhance platform efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert to train colleagues in all aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Financial services experience of more than 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of ISP98/UCP 600.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in loan servicing or operations.
• Knowledge of URDG 758.
