Production Supervisor (Liquid Cooling)

What you will do

• Manage daily manufacturing activities covering safety, quality, productivity, delivery, staffing, scheduling, training, and resource planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees while establishing expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve throughput, efficiency, workflow, and production flow.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods, including 5S, Kaizen, standard work, DMAIC, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and root cause analysis.
• Support NPI, prototype, pilot, and production builds, including DFM/DFA collaboration with Engineering and Quality.
• Develop scalable processes, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and assembly methods as production volumes increase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering, operations, or a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, including production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Six Sigma certification required; Green Belt preferred and Black Belt considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, NPI, process development, and transitioning products into production.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, production flow, quality, operational efficiency, structured problem-solving, and process documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, collaborate across departments, and work hands-on in a fast-paced, scaling manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with electro-mechanical or complex hardware manufacturing.
• Background in HVAC, thermal management, data center infrastructure, industrial equipment, electronics, or similar industries.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production metrics, manufacturing reporting, tooling, fixtures, assembly processes, or production ramp-up.
