What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of workplace accommodation requests, including intake, interactive dialogue, resolution, and coordination with HR and non-HR stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee and manager matters, including difficult conversations and strategic workplace solutions.
• Manage workforce restructuring initiatives through due diligence, manager preparation, severance documentation, reporting, and process completion.
• Support employee relations programs and corporate projects by analyzing data, identifying trends, testing improvements, and detecting process gaps.
• Provide timely guidance on employee matters while maintaining risk, regulatory, internal control, and audit standards.
• Support a culture of belonging and communicate current employee relations developments to address business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of human resources experience, or a combination of at least nine years of higher education and/or work experience including five years in human resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment with demanding time constraints.
• Work location: Buffalo, New York, United States of America.

Nice to have

• At least eight years of human resources experience.
• Previous employee relations experience.
