Senior HR Consultant

Location: Remote in Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $55,000–$91,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple client relationships and consulting engagements independently.
• Lead projects covering compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy development.
• Advise clients and leaders on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters.
• Develop and present recommendations to executive and leadership teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other presentations.
• Manage project budgets, deadlines, deliverables, billable-hour expectations, utilization goals, and time tracking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development.
• Experience advising leaders and handling complex or sensitive HR situations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong business judgment, organization, project-management skills, and ability to manage multiple client priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or another client-service environment.
• Familiarity with billable hours, utilization expectations, project budgets, and time tracking.
• HRCI or SHRM certification.
