Sr Mgr, Commercial Security and M&A (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite at 8200 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Full-time day schedule with up to 10% travel.

What you will do

• Lead the Commercial Security Program supporting Enterprise customer security, compliance, assurance, vendor governance, and reporting obligations.
• Lead cyber security support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations, including due diligence, risk assessment, security requirements, and remediation planning.
• Support Enterprise pre-sales and post-sales activities through reusable security and compliance content, RFx responses, customer questions, and account executive enablement.
• Manage Enterprise customer audit requests and support remediation of third-party assurance deficiencies and audit findings.
• Improve risk and audit processes through simplification, automation, continuous improvement, and operational reporting.
• Provide Cyber Security leadership with concise reporting on material risks, progress, decisions, and business impact.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of broad information security experience in complex technology environments, including advisory, consulting, audit, compliance, or assurance work.
• Experience designing, managing, or supporting third-party assurance programs.
• Experience supporting cyber security due diligence, integration planning, risk assessment, or remediation for mergers and acquisitions.
• Working knowledge of cyber security and privacy frameworks, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business guidance and executive-ready summaries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Cyber Security, Enterprise Business, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and external partners.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or a similar cyber security, risk, audit, or assurance certification.
• Experience in telecommunications, media, or enterprise technology.
