Senior Solutions Engineer - Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Advise customers on hirify.global MDR, XDR, ITDR, and related cybersecurity solutions.
• Drive adoption, optimization, onboarding, renewals, expansions, and retention of security platforms.
• Conduct security architecture and posture reviews and recommend cybersecurity best practices.
• Guide threat detection, incident response, security operations maturity, and remediation strategies.
• Support integrations across endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and network security technologies.
• Deliver technical workshops and collaborate with SOC, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Security Engineering, Security Consulting, MDR/XDR, Professional Services, or a related cybersecurity role.
• Experience with MDR, XDR, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or security operations technologies.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection, incident response, endpoint, identity, cloud, email, and network security.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, or similar platforms.
• CISSP, Security+, CySA+, SC-200, SC-100, or AZ-500 certification.
