Salary: $108,360–$189,000 in Las Vegas; $113,520–$198,000 in Denver; $119,712–$208,800 in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.; $125,904–$219,600 in New York City. Compensation varies by geographic labor costs.

What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex and large-scale projects.
• Direct design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop solutions for advanced engineering problems and provide technical guidance across the discipline.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers while contributing to staffing and training initiatives.
• Conduct or issue final quality reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.
• Communicate with clients, resolve technical challenges, support business development, and serve as Engineer of Record when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, architectural, or another relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified.
• A Professional Engineer license is required for Engineer of Record assignments; candidates must at least be pursuing a PE license.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.
• Experience leading discipline coordination and managing complex or large-scale project scopes.

• RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, or WELL certifications.
