Electrical Engineer III (Water Analysis)

Location: On-site in Loveland, United States; available in 2 locations.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of electrical subsystems, including power systems, control electronics, and sensor interfaces.
• Own technical solutions across new product development and sustaining engineering activities.
• Diagnose complex issues affecting product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute verification strategies for reliable operation across environmental and operational conditions.
• Participate in system architecture discussions, influence technical decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for field and manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience in product development and/or sustaining engineering environments.
• Strong experience in circuit design, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead technical workstreams and solve complex engineering problems.
• Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.
