Electrical Engineer III

Location: Loveland or Fort Collins, Colorado, United States of America

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of electrical subsystems, including power systems, control electronics, and sensor interfaces.
• Own technical solutions across new product development and sustaining engineering activities.
• Diagnose complex issues affecting product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute verification strategies for electrical designs across environmental and operational conditions.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and influence technical decisions.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience in product development or sustaining engineering.
• Strong experience in circuit design, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently lead technical workstreams and solve complex engineering problems.
• Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.
