What you will do
- Manage retail center operations, Regional Store Coordinators, and field operations teams, including hiring, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and time-off planning.
- Expand the retail center network by scouting locations, managing landlord relationships, and coordinating related projects with internal stakeholders.
- Plan and control inventory across retail centers and field operations, coordinate warehouse replenishment, conduct inventory checks, and prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, service delivery, inventory turnover, and supply chain controls.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and manage field operations expenses.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and OSHA requirements, coordinate health and safety audits, mitigate operational risks, and manage crisis situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
- Degree qualification, preferably in supply chain management, statistics, or finance.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, supply chain management, and/or statistics.
- Knowledge of contract management and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data in Excel and use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
