What you will do
- Develop a digital learning strategy aligned with the Learning Estate curriculum, organizational objectives, competencies, and quality standards.
- Create e-learning modules, microlearning assets, assessments, videos, animations, simulations, and other multimedia learning materials.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of the organization’s LMS and related digital learning tools.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to deploy LMS features and translate complex topics into accessible digital content.
- Apply AI-powered tools, gamification, AR/VR, and emerging e-learning approaches to create engaging and personalized learning experiences.
- Measure utilization, completion, assessment results, content impact, and learner satisfaction, using feedback and data to improve programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; professional certification in instructional design, educational technology, or adult education is highly preferable.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital learning design or e-learning development.
- Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
- Proficiency managing LMS platforms such as TalentLMS, Moodle, or SAP Litmos.
- Experience with digital design and multimedia tools, virtual facilitation platforms, feedback and evaluation tools, and interactive facilitation tools.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM and gamification techniques.
Nice to have
- Real estate experience.
- Knowledge of AI-based learning tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper AI.
