Location: Onsite in Shanghai-Jiading, China

What you will do
- Identify, develop, and expand customer accounts within the assigned product line or geographic area.
- Build and continuously develop relationships with assigned accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure collection of accounts receivable.
- Support sales and marketing planning, strategy development, and staff training.
- Complete additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least four years of strong direct sales and account management experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Existing relationships and a customer network in related industries are an advantage.
- University degree.
- Knowledge of quality business principles and sales methodologies.
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
- Good Mandarin and English communication skills required.
