Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology projects and programs across multiple workstreams.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, milestone plans, release schedules, and delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own program financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Engage business and technology leaders, facilitate executive governance meetings, and provide leadership reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and lead organizational change and readiness activities.
• Establish delivery standards, apply Lean, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, and mentor Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects and programs, including large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with significant organizational impact.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risk registers, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Experience working with senior business and technology leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification; PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with GitHub Projects, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, AI/LLM-enabled productivity tools, and modern portfolio management platforms.
