Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Build and execute project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities, and risks.
• Coordinate technical, account, partner, and customer teams while maintaining alignment and smooth handoffs.
• Track milestones, adapt plans, ensure SLA adherence, and manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve issues, communicate decisions clearly, and maintain customer confidence.
• Strengthen customer partnerships and represent hirify.global with credibility and integrity.

Requirements

• Project management or Scrum skills.
• Basic IT and architectural knowledge.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams using a one-team approach.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Experience allocating technical resources, including AI, cloud, and industry expertise.
