Senior Project/Program Manager

Salary: MXN 840,000–912,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop, lead, and deliver large-scale projects and programs from conception through completion.
• Define project and program goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project managers and team leads across multiple initiatives.
• Report program status to senior leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality, performance, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects and programs.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management ability.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expert knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PMP certification.
