TL;DR
Order Management Specialist (Supply Chain/Operations): Managing customer orders from entry through fulfilment in coordination with Sales, Operations, Logistics, factories, and suppliers with an accent on data accuracy, billing documentation, and delivery execution. Focus on resolving order discrepancies and delays, maintaining accurate order and revenue information, and improving cross-functional workflows.
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite 5 days per week

What you will do
- Manage and process customer orders accurately from order entry through fulfilment.
- Review order details for completeness, compliance with customer requirements, contract terms, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, factories, and suppliers to support timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitor order progress, identify delivery risks and delays, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle invoices, credit notes, debit notes, billing documentation, and information needed for revenue recognition.
- Resolve order discrepancies, modifications, returns, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in order management, sales operations, customer service operations, billing coordination, or a related function.
- Experience with ERP, order management, or sales processing systems is advantageous.
- Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or project-based business environments is preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Shah Alam, Selangor, 5 days per week.
