Warehouse Operation Executive (SAP/ERP)

What you will do

• Analyze production forecasts, customer demand, and inbound shipment schedules to determine warehouse resource requirements and utilization.
• Coordinate warehouse activities during production ramp-up, slowdown, and peak-demand periods.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Collect and analyze ERP and WMS data, create operational dashboards and reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for productivity and inventory issues.
• Support warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives while coordinating material delivery with Procurement and Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including planning and process improvement, in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP MM/IM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar WMS and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations management and MRP concepts in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboards and Power Query, plus warehouse performance metrics reporting.
• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication and coordination.
