What you will do

• Analyze production forecasts and customer demand to determine warehouse resource requirements and utilization.
• Coordinate warehouse activities during production ramp-ups, slowdowns, and peak demand periods.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
• Analyze operational data from ERP and WMS to create dashboards and support decision-making.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues impacting productivity and inventory.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Planning departments to ensure timely material delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using ERP systems such as SAP (MM & IM), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operation management and MRP concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Dashboard, Power Query) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, and warehouse best practices.
