What you will do

• Assist in the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders.
• Maintain and update inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Manage inventory data, including supplier and product master data setup.
• Support procurement documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align on purchasing needs and timelines.
• Prepare procurement reports and perform basic data analysis to improve control processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to commit to a minimum 4-month internship (16 weeks).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Final year student status.
