Supply Chain Process Excellence Intern

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; full-time internship from December 2026 to May 2027

What you will do

• Review go-to-market approaches across Malaysia and benchmark other markets.
• Analyze key Malaysian retailers and the processes involved in day-to-day supply chain operations.
• Study forecasting processes and build a tool to suggest forecasts based on sell-out trends.
• Analyze Free Standing Store ordering processes and order drivers.
• Set up an auto-replenishment ordering process for Free Standing Stores.
• Review and improve order fulfilment for Watsons, Free Standing Stores, and Sephora.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student able to commit ideally to six months, from December 2026 to May 2027, for a full-time internship.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Outlook or a related email tool, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Cross-cultural awareness, high emotional intelligence, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn and sense of ownership.
• Persuasive, resilient, flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and ability to perform effectively under pressure and through challenges.
