Supply Chain Process Excellence Intern

What you will do

• Review go-to-market models across Malaysia and benchmark them against other markets.
• Analyze key Malaysian retailers, customer channels, and day-to-day supply chain processes.
• Study forecasting processes and build a tool that suggests forecasts based on sell-out trends.
• Analyze Free Standing Store ordering processes and the drivers behind order volumes.
• Set up an auto-replenishment ordering process for Free Standing Stores.
• Review and improve order fulfilment for Watsons, Free Standing Stores, and Sephora.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Availability for an ideally six-month full-time internship from September 2026 to March 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or a similar email platform.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, articulate, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.
