Account Executive (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute opportunity strategies for selling enterprise planning and supply chain transformation solutions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from inbound lead qualification through final contract execution.
• Meet prospective clients to understand business needs, scope opportunities, and budget targets.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and present pitches and live software demonstrations.
• Build executive-level customer relationships, align account strategies with customer goals, and maximize account profitability.
• Conduct competitive analysis, negotiate win-win agreements, and lead RFI/RFP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is highly appreciated.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven record of high performance and quota-carrying responsibility.
• Experience in information technology and/or software sales, preferably with large enterprise accounts.
• Knowledge of retail, CPG, manufacturing, and Tier 1/2 supply chains.
• Excellent presentation skills, executive relationship-building ability, and strong communication across customer and management levels.
• Business/native-level Japanese and business-level English required.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding and affinity for supply chain transformation.
• Master’s degree.
• TOEIC score above 900.
