What you will do

  • Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s font and technology offerings for key brand clients.
  • Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies to meet assigned quotas and goals.
  • Perform outbound prospecting and maintain relationships with senior contacts to educate them on products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to stakeholders in Brand, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Manage client data and prospect updates using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales engineering to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate sales and a track record of closing enterprise accounts.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience in software, mobile apps, gaming, media, advertising, or design market segments.
  • Strong contract negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience using mainstream CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Must be located in Tokyo.
