Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Advocate for hirify.global's Edge-to-Cloud and Data Center product portfolio using a solutions-led approach.
  • Build and maintain strategic technical relationships with Japanese enterprise customers, CSPs, ISVs, and SI/MSP partners.
  • Develop technically advanced solutions to address complex business and IT challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to maximize product utilization across the solution stack.
  • Drive deal wins and identify new market opportunities for cloud-based services.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and keynotes at industry and customer forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical sales, solution development, or business development.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductors, CPU, AI, Edge-to-Cloud solutions, and server infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of leading infrastructure architecture discussions with enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence Director or General Manager-level decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the IT Services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry trends and executive-level relationship management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
