Business System Analyst 1

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays. Up to 10% travel to Trane and vendor field sites is required.

Annual base salary: $63,111.66–$87,639.99.

What you will do

• Support field sales, manufacturing, and internal customers with business applications and processes.
• Configure, test, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance integrated business systems.
• Provide end-user training, user instructions, and support documentation for Trane North America.
• Develop and manage process improvement plans, best practices, monitoring tools, report definitions, and data validation.
• Assist with application requirements and lead user acceptance testing for deployments.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT, operations, manufacturing plants, accounting, application owners, and third-party technology vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with at least two years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of software configuration and systems integration is preferred.
• Experience with SQL and project management is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma and 9 Step Problem Solving (A3) is preferred.
