Sr Business Mgmt Analyst (US)

Salary: $72,280–$108,160 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide specialized business management guidance and recommendations to management and functional teams.
• Lead initiatives supporting business strategy, governance, policies, processes, and operational changes.
• Coordinate business management activities across multiple functional areas, business partners, and technology teams.
• Develop complex reporting, analysis, assessments, presentations, and executive communications.
• Support projects involving banking platform upgrades, customer migrations, authentication or token replacement, fraud prevention, and digital banking modernization.
• Identify operational risks, service issues, process improvements, and opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business, finance, technology, operations, product support, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with banking technology vendor platforms, preferably FIS or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of treasury management client onboarding, servicing, implementation, training, and support models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience supporting TD eTreasury or similar commercial online banking platforms.
• Professional certifications in business analysis, Agile, project management, payments, treasury management, risk, or financial services.
• Experience with issue escalation, operational risk reviews, procedure management, control documentation, and internal governance routines.
• Experience creating customer communications, training guides, knowledge-center content, FAQs, release notes, meeting materials, and executive updates.
