What you will do

• Scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across business functions.
• Map workflows and perform root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope.
• Design operational metrics, KPI dashboards, leading indicators, control plans, and analytical reports.
• Advise senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering to improve quality, speed, and performance.
• Train and mentor junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks, process re-engineering methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional teams and end-to-end improvement projects.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.
