Brand Design Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the visual identity, including typography, color, imagery, motion, and illustration.
• Build and maintain scalable brand guidelines, templates, and reusable components.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across websites, social media, events, content, presentations, and campaigns.
• Translate brand and marketing strategy into visual systems and narrative-driven creative.
• Lead creative development for product launches, community activations, and ecosystem events.
• Design or direct social graphics, video content, website updates, keynote decks, and event collateral while managing external vendors and agencies.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in brand design, brand communications, or creative direction.
• Experience at a leading brand agency or globally recognized company.
• Portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaign creative, storytelling, and high-quality execution across digital and physical formats.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to brand narrative and strategy.
• Comfort working at pace in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Consumer-facing or growth-focused brand experience.
• Background in crypto, AI, or developer-focused products.
• Motion design, 3D, or video direction capabilities.
• Experience supporting PR, event marketing, or integrated campaigns.
