Senior Brand Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York; hybrid

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Design high-stakes sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, decks, and pitch materials.
• Build reusable templates, components, guidelines, and scalable brand systems.
• Own VapiCon design from concept through on-site execution, including visual identity, signage, stage graphics, swag, and attendee materials.
• Audit existing assets, prioritize improvements, and deliver polished marketing and sales work.
• Partner with marketing, sales, events, and executive stakeholders while shaping the future direction of the brand.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and event design.
• Proven experience creating high-stakes sales and marketing collateral.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working within and evolving an existing brand system.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high ownership.
• Strong collaboration, communication, feedback, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or developer-tools startup.
• Experience designing for live events or conferences, including signage, stage graphics, and swag.
