Brand Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create brand and marketing assets across social, digital, print, OOH, merchandise, advertising, banners, and presentations.
• Maintain and evolve the visual brand system while improving consistency and pushing the visual language forward.
• Translate complex AI and enterprise concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
• Support social campaigns, brand awareness, fundraising, partnership, all-hands, and executive communications.
• Build and organize design libraries, templates, and reusable assets.
• Integrate Claude, generative AI, and AI-assisted design tools into production and ideation workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range, polish, and consistency across brand and marketing work.
• Strong command of typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design across social, digital, print, and campaign formats.
• Ability to collaborate clearly across a distributed team and work with high production volume and quick turnarounds.

Nice to have

• Motion design, video editing, After Effects, or 3D rendering experience.
• Startup or fast-paced in-house team experience.
• Interest in AI, technology, or the future of work.
