AVP, MSF Product Client Enablement (Fintech)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, with the option to work from home near a hirify.global Hub or from an office; regular in-person engagement at the nearest Hub is required. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $90,000–$155,000 USD annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead client enablement for company-hosted and third-party MultiSource Financing products.
• Coordinate requirements, prioritization, testing, launch, and delivery across multiple agile teams and functional workstreams.
• Serve as the technical, business, and customer-experience subject matter expert and escalation point for assigned programs.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Credit, Commercial, Marketing, Learning, and distribution teams.
• Develop project-management and control plans, track delivery risks, and maintain alignment with sponsors, steering committees, and senior leaders.
• Provide executive updates and travel to hirify.global hubs or client locations for discovery sessions, kickoffs, and work sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma/GED with six years of marketing or product experience in credit card or financial-services industries.
• At least four years of project management, product management, or technical enablement experience.
• At least three years of financial-services experience.
• Experience launching products or applications, influencing multifunctional teams, and managing complex initiatives in a matrixed and fast-changing environment.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

• Strong agile or product-management experience.
• Quality and process-improvement experience with measurable business or customer-experience impact.
• Knowledge of financial-services and payments trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Strong UX, customer-experience, partner-management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
