Senior Software Engineering Recruiter

Location: On-site in San Carlos, CA

Salary: $110,000 – $186,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality hires across software engineering disciplines including full-stack, embedded, firmware, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Establish trusted partnerships with engineering leaders to provide data-driven guidance on hiring.
• Improve recruiting effectiveness through interview calibration and process optimization.
• Ensure hiring decisions align with technical standards and long-term organizational growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting software engineering talent in technically demanding environments.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and technical talent markets.
• Ability to partner directly with engineering leaders and support technical interview processes.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Carlos, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting within robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or deep-tech environments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, operating systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting high-growth startup environments.
• Background in building interview frameworks or technical recruiting programs.
