What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and go-to-market roles.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers across engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to define hiring needs.
- Run phone screens and coordinate interview loops across multiple open roles.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Ashby and provide regular hiring updates.
- Develop recruiting processes and support offer strategy and candidate closing as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business or go-to-market functions.
- Ability to recruit for both engineering and sales roles while adapting sourcing and screening approaches.
- Ability to discuss technology effectively with engineering candidates.
- Strong organization, follow-through, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in person from the New York City office.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience across engineering and go-to-market or business functions at an early-stage startup.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar recruiting tools.
- A strong New York City network across technology and business.
- Experience handling competitive offers and using recruiting data to improve pipelines.
