Overview
Lead the inbound sales funnel and build the sales organization from the ground up, working directly with the founder. Balance strategic thinking with execution to scale the company.
What you will do
- Manage full deal cycle for inbound leads
- Build and scale the sales team
- Collaborate with product team to influence roadmap
- Launch new initiatives and departments
- Drive 10x growth with innovative ideas
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and programs
Requirements
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in a marketplace
- Proactive client engagement via email and phone
- High urgency and adaptability in conversations
- Clear communication of company value
- Team-player attitude and process improvement mindset
- Highly organized with strong data analytics skills
