Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $260,000–$350,000 (base + variable)

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Track and assess team performance using key metrics and KPIs to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate customer interactions.
- Refine sales processes including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Coaching mindset with the ability to provide actionable feedback.
Nice to have
- Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies.
- Familiarity with Pocus, Drift, and similar sales tools.
