Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading a team of high-performing full-cycle Account Executives in a product-led growth environment with an accent on new logo acquisition and early-stage account expansion. Focus on coaching reps through complex multi-threaded deals, improving forecast accuracy, and creating repeatable pipeline generation strategies to drive predictable growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $260,000–$350,000 (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Track and assess team performance using key metrics and KPIs to optimize outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate customer interactions.
  • Refine sales processes including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Coaching mindset with the ability to provide actionable feedback.

Nice to have

  • Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Pocus, Drift, and similar sales tools.
