Overview

The Sales Team Lead role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will spearhead our sales efforts and guide our team toward achieving and surpassing targets.

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing and dynamic sales team.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic planning.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Oversee and optimize sales operations tasks to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in tech SaaS sales, with a proven track record of surpassing quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • 2+ years of successful sales team leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, showcasing flexibility and initiative in adapting to evolving circumstances.
