TL;DR

Manager, Account Development (Sales/HRTech): Driving revenue growth from the existing customer base by leading and coaching a team of Account Development Executives with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and process optimization. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Hybrid in New York or Remote)

Compensation: $225,000 – $238,750 (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Coach, hire, mentor, and lead a team of Account Development Executives.
  • Manage day-to-day performance, deliver reviews, and train future leaders.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Revenue Effectiveness to shape customer outreach strategies.
  • Track team metrics, report data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Improve sales processes, positioning, and strategies to increase upselling and cross-selling efficiency.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to ensure alignment on goals and company culture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or upsell experience in a closing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and CRM usage.
